Obituary for Phyllis Lucille Woodard
Lucille P. Woodard, 93, of Reedville, Virginia passed away on December 13, 2019.
She is survived by her brother, James B. Carson (Frances); sisters, Joyce Ann Kereszturi and Marilyn C. Beach and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah and Felix Carson; her husband, Maurice Woodard and brothers, Ray M. Carson and Buel E. Carson.
Lucille retired from the International Monetary Fund where she traveled extensively and was a member of the Reedville Fisherman's Museum.
